Youth who have not been assigned a work site can contact 311 or visit the Office of Youth Programs at 625 H Street, NE.

IMPORTANT TIPS
• Don’t forget to get your debit card from the ATM once you have withdrawn your money!!
• Never give your PIN to anyone!
What is the difference between my Debit Card and my One Card?
Your debit card gives you access to your money in the bank. Your One Card gives you access to metro transportation, District public libraries, and all of the Department of Parks and Recreation facilities. You must load money to the card to use it on the metro. You may do this at a Metro station using cash, your debit card, or a credit card. On Metro buses, you can only use cash to load money on your One Card.
What if I lose my One Card?
Call 671-CARD (2273) and provide them with your name and social security number to cancel your card. You will be given instructions for the issuance of a new One Card.
How do I check how much money I have on my One Card?
Go to any Metro station and use any fare machine that accepts SmarTrip cards.
